PENGARUH PENGAWASAN TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. GANDAERAH HENDANA UKUI KABUPATEN PELALAWAN

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the variables of supervision on employee work productivity. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data sources in this study were obtained directly from the respondents by distributing questionnaires and interviews. The population in the study was 295 people, the sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling by taking a sample of 30 people from the harvesting department. The data collection method used was field study by personally distributing questionnaires. The analysis used in this research is instrument testing, simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination (R²). The results obtained from this research supervision have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. Ganregion Hendana Ukui Pelalawan Regency.
