Pengaruh Diversitas SDM terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan Melalui Inovasi Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening (study Kasus pada PT. Panca Surya Garden First Resources Group)
The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of HR Diversity on Employee Productivity through Employee Work Innovation at PT. Panca Surya Garden First Resource Group. The sampling technique used is the census method, which taking samples from the entire population, totaling 50 individuals. Data collection techniques in this research used interviews, questionnaires and observation. The data analysis technique in this research uses quantitative descriptive analysis and SmartPLS software. PLS (Partial Least Squares). The results of this research explain that HR diversity does not have a significant influence on work productivity through work innovation.
