The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of job training and job competence on employee performance at the Class II A Correctional Institution Pekanbaru. The population in the study are all employees who work in this agency. The sampling techique where all members of the population are sampled, totaling 95 peoples. Data collection techniques in this study where questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) Smart pls 3.0. The result of this study indicate that training and work competence partially and simultaneously affect the performance of employees at the Class II A Pekanbaru Correctional Instution.
