Pengaruh Motivasi Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Terhadap Minat Belajar Siswa Di Smp 6 Negeri 6 Siak Hulu Abstrak Bahasa Indonesia
ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF MOTIVATION OF ISLAMIC STUDIES TEACHERS ON STUDENTS’ LEARNING INTEREST AT SMPN 6 SIAK HULU SITI NUR ANNISA 202410197 Learning interest is one of the most important elements in the process or results of student learning. One of the problems in the learning interest is the lack of students’ participation in providing responses such as asking and answering questions during the learning process in class, the students postpone their assignments set by the teachers, and the students often feel bored when the teachers explain the lesson material. The problem formulation of the study is how the motivation of Islamic Studies teachers influences students’ learning interest at SMPN 6 Siak Hulu. The aim of the study is to find out how the motivation of Islamic Studies teachers influences students’ learning interest at SMPN 6 Siak Hulu. This is a quantitative correlational study. The population of the study consists of 100 Muslim students in class VIII. The data collection techniques of the study are Questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique of the study is a simple linear regression. The result of the study show that the influence of teachers’ motivation on students’ learning interest is 0.536 or 53.6% with the criteria "strong enough" while the remaining 46.4% is influenced by other factors. It can be predicted that if the teachers’ motivation increases, so it will increase the learning interest at SMPN 6 Siak Hulu by 0.458 or 45.8%. On the other hand, if the teachers’ motivation decreases, so the learning interest at SMPN 6 Siak Hulu will decrease by 0.458 or 45.8%.
