Innovation is an idea, practice, or object that is suggested as new by individuals. Innovation based on the Dukcapil Standby Application by the Population and Civil Registration Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency has not run optimally. The purpose of this study was to determine the Innovation of Population Administration Services Based on the SIAGA Application in Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research indicator is based on indicators of public service innovation which consists of five sub-indicators, namely: Relative Advantage, Compatibility, Complexity, Triability and Observability. The type of research in writing this thesis is a qualitative descriptive research method in which this research explores and analyzes to provide meaning and meaning in problem solving. The data collected are words, pictures, and not numbers. Thus, an explanation and description of the research topic in accordance with the research title can be obtained. This writing consists of primary data, namely research in the form of interviews, documentation and observation and secondary data obtained, namely the results of interviews in the research of Population Administration Service Innovation Based on the SIAGA Application in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The results showed that this application facilitates access to population services online, increases efficiency, and service transparency. However, there are still obstacles such as limited technological infrastructure, low community digital literacy, resistance to change, lack of socialization, and limited human resources in operating the application. Therefore, it is necessary to improve internet access, digital education for the community, training for officers, and wider socialization and promotion so that the utilization of this application can run more optimally.
