Determinasi Kepuasan Kerja dan Implikasi Terhadap Turnover Intention: Studi Pada PT. Pupuk Indonesia (Persero)
The aim of this research is to understand how financial compensation and labor conditions influence turnover intentions communicated by PT Pupuk Indonesia employees. The methodology used in this research is quantitative-descriptive. This research uses data collected through questionnaires from 100 PT Pupuk Indonesia employees. The data analysis used in this paper uses a recursive line up technique to determine the significance of the mediator variable. Data analysis in this research uses the Partial Least Squares (PLS) algorithm which is implemented using the smartPLS application. The results of this research show that the workplace has a significant and positive influence on work performance, while financial compensation has a positive influence on work performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on turnover intention. This research also proves that the work environment and financial compensation have a significant effect on job satisfaction simultaneously. However, the work environment, financial compensation and job satisfaction do not have a significant effect on turnover intention simultaneously.
