Faktor Pembentuk Perilaku Pencari Kerja Generasi Z di Provinsi Riau
This research aims to examine and assess the factors influencing the job-seeking behavior of Generation Z job seekers in the Riau Province. The population of this study includes all final-year students in Riau Province. The sampling technique used is the Taro Yamane sampling technique, with a sample size of 100 Generation Z students in Riau Province, focusing on the final-year students of the 2019 cohort since they are the relevant job seekers for the research topic. The research analysis tool uses path analysis with smartPLS. The results of this study indicate that the work environment, job flexibility, and company reputation significantly influence the job-seeking behavior of final-year students in Riau Province. These findings can serve as a reference for employers looking to recruit Generation Z individuals in Riau Province, emphasizing the importance of providing a favorable work environment and flexible working hours to enhance the company's reputation and attract Generation Z job seekers.
