Pengaruh Stress Kerja dan Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Kasus pada Karyawan PT. Sharp Electronic Cabang Pekanbaru)
This research aims to determine the effect of work stress and workload on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable for employees of PT Sharp Electronic Pekanbaru branch. The population in this study were employees of PT Sharp Electronic, Pekanbaru branch. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique, that is, not all of the population was sampled, only those with status as (Directors, Finance, Administrative Staff). The data collection technique in this research uses questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this research uses descriptive and quantitative analysis using SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that workload on employees has a significant impact on Job Satisfaction, Workload has an insignificant impact on Performance, Job satisfaction has a significant impact on Performance, Job stress has a significant impact on Job Satisfaction, Workload has a significant impact on Performance, Job stress has a significant impact on Performance. Meanwhile, Job Satisfaction plays less of a role in mediating work stress and workload on employee performance for PT employees. Sharp Electronic Pekanbaru branch.
