Peran Soft Skill Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Rapp Buatan Port, Siak
This research aims to explore and analyze the role of soft skills in the context of motivation, competence, and communication, as well as how the interaction between these elements affects the performance of employees at PT. RAPP. In this research, quantitative methods are used with a descriptive approach, with random sampling techniques. SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) software version 3.0 is used to process data. The results of this study show that motivation has a positive and significant influence on communication, and competence also has a positive and significant impact on communication. Communication itself has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. In addition, motivation also positively and significantly affects the performance of employees through communication, and competence also has a positive and significant impact on the employee performance through communication. The findings provide an important but unresearched understanding in the context of organizations seeking to increase employee productivity by integrating motivation, competence, and communication factors in the development of their soft skills.
