Strategi Pemasaran Secara Offline Store Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Di Bidang Cosmetics Dan Skincare (Studi Kasus Pelanggan Akar Sari Cosmetics Di Pekanbaru)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelusuri secara mendalam bagaimana strategi pemasaran berbasis offline store membentuk keputusan pembelian konsumen kosmetik dan skincare, dengan studi kasus pada pelanggan Akar Sari Cosmetics di Pekanbaru. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan analisis Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) terhadap 120 pembeli yang bertransaksi langsung di toko. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa personal selling dan word of mouth berperan signifikan dalam mendorong keputusan pembelian, sementara sales promotion dan visual merchandising tidak memberikan pengaruh berarti. Analisis simultan memperlihatkan keempat variabel membentuk model prediksi yang cukup kuat. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa percakapan langsung, penjelasan produk yang meyakinkan, serta rekomendasi dari pihak yang dipercaya lebih memengaruhi keputusan dibandingkan diskon atau tata visual. Implikasi praktisnya, strategi pemasaran offline perlu memusatkan perhatian pada penguatan keterampilan komunikasi tenaga penjual dan membangun arus rekomendasi positif antar konsumen.
