Analisis Pendapatan Rumah Tangga Petani Kelapa Sawit di Kecamatan Mempura Kabupaten Siak Provinsi Riau

Oil palm is one of the plantation crops that has an important role in the plantation subsector. Mempura is one of the areas that work in the oil palm plantation subsector. This study aims to analyze: 1) the Characteristics of smallholders and the profile of oil palm farmers, and 2) oil palm farming (cost, income, production, and efficiency of oil palm farmers). 3) The contribution of oil palm farming income to household income. This research was carried out in Mempura District, Siak Regency, Riau Province, from January to June 2023. The method used in this study was a survey method and the number of samples taken was 75 oil palm farmers. The data to be analyzed is processed descriptively, quantitatively, and qualitatively. The results showed: 1) Oil palm farmers are productive at age 48 years, average education of 8 years (junior high school level), average farming is 15 years, the number of workers is 2 people, the average source of capital comes from own capital of Rp 80,000.00 and with the scale of farming and the use of labor 303,800 HOK.2) Total costs allocated amounted to Rp. 24,540,516, and production produced amounted to 2,271 Kg and the average price per production period amounted to Rp. 1600, average gross income amounted to Rp. 89,918,400, average net income amounted to Rp. 60,601,884. the average efficiency of RCR is 3.58. 3) Household income contribution of Rp. 23,730,904/income, consisting of oil palm farming income of Rp. 34,312,356/production period and non-farm income of Rp. 1,284,000/month.
