Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Publik terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Masyarakat pada Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) Payung Sekaki Kota Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of health services on the level of patient satisfaction at Payung Sekaki Health Center Pekanbaru City. The assessment indicators used include physical/tangible evidence, reliability/responsiveness, assurance/assurance and attention/empathy. This type of research which is allocated at Pyung Sekaki Health Center Pekanbaru City is an Associative Explanation, which aims to determine the influence or also the relationship between two or more variables. There are populations and samples in this study, namely patients who checked themselves at the Payung Sekaki Health Center with a total sample of 100 people. One sampling technique used in determining individual samples is purposive sampling. The types and techniques of data collection used consisted of primary data collected by questionnaire technique, and interviews and secondary data collected using observation and documentation techniques. While the data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and t test. based on the results of the t test with a significance < 0.05, the researchers assessed and concluded that there was an effect of service quality on the level of community satisfaction.
