THE INFLUENCE OF SUPERVISION ON EMPLOYEE DISCIPLINE MANAGEMENT TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTING UNIT OFFICE KUBANG INCOME, SIAK HULU DISTRICT BY : M. YORI REVANZA NPM : 175210191 The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision on employee discipline at the Kubang Revenue Management Technical Implementation Unit, Siak Hulu District. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. Types and sources of data used are primary and secondary. The population is all employees of 37 employees, using Census Techniques. Data collection techniques were obtained through interviews and research questionnaires. This research was conducted with a quantitative descriptive method. The results in this study are that work supervision has a significant effect on employee work discipline at the Kubang Revenue Management Technical Implementation Unit, Siak Hulu District, as evidenced by the t test value > t table.
