Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Think Pair Share (tps) Terhadap Kemampuan Penalaran Matematis Siswa Kelas Ix Smp

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) terhadap kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 34 Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperimental dengan desain penelitian nonequivalent control group. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 34 Pekanbaru dengan sampel IX1 sebagai kelas kontrol dan IX2 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu teknik tes dan instrumen pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan tes pretest dan posttest. Hasil tes dianalisis untuk melihat kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa melalui analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Berdasarkan analisis uji-t menunjukkan bahwa ??????? = 2,98 ? ?????? = 1,66 yang artinya ???????>?????? maka ?0 ditolak dan ?1 diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) terhadap kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa kelas IX SMP.
