Pengaruh Kompensasi Finansial dan Motifasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di UPTD Puskesmas Perhentian Raja Kabupaten Kampar
This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the effect of financial compensation and motivation on employee performance at the UPTD Perhentian Raja Health Center, Kampar Regency. The population in this study was 43 employees. The sampling technique in this research is to use a purposive sampling method by taking several population criteria as a sample. In this case, the researcher took a sample of 35 employees of the Perhentian Raja Health Center UPTD, Kampar Regency by distributing questionnaires to the 35 sample employees. The method used is descriptive analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The research results showed that simultaneously financial compensation and motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
