Pengaruh Kompentensi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Camat Payakumbuh Sumatra Barat Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota Sumatra Barat

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of competence and motivation on employee performance at the Payakumbuh Subdistrict Office, West Sumatra, Limapuluh Kota Regency. The sampling technique in this research was using the census method technique. In this case, the researcher took the entire employee population as a sample by distributing questionnaires to the 47 sample employees. The method used is descriptive analysis and Smart PLS 3.0 Analysis. The research results showed that (1) Simultaneously competence and motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) Partially competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (3) Partially work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
