Pengaruh Gaji dan Insentif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of salary and incentives on employee performance at PT. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru. The sampling technique in this research uses non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling type. In this research, there were 70 sales division employees at PT. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative SEM PLS using the SmartPLS 4.0 tool. The research results showed that employees were satisfied with the salaries and incentives provided by the company. Then also employee performance is also relatively good. And from the results of the tests carried out, it was found that simultaneously and partially the salary and incentive variables had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru. As much as 61.8% of employee performance. PT. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru is influenced by salary and incentives.
