Strategi Kepala Sekolah dalam Mengimplementasikan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di SMAN 2 Pangkalan Kerinci

The principal had a process where strategies and policies were directed into actions through the development of the Pancasila Student Profile program. Teachers also had the task of helping students achieve their goals by supporting, guiding, and providing learning resources. It had been the educators' duty to study Pancasila Profile Strengthening Project (P5). With support from various parties, the P5 activities had been conducted very lively. The objective of this research was to understand the principal’s strategy in implementing the Pancasila Student Profile at Senior High School 2 Pangkalan Kerinci, Pelalawan Regency. This study applied descriptive techniques and was qualitative in nature. The research subjects were interviews with the principal of Senior High School 2 Pangkalan Kerinci, Pelalawan Regency, and secondary sources included photographic documentation used as data for this study. Based on the research results, it was found that the principal’s strategy in implementing the Pancasila Student Profile involved providing students with opportunities to gain knowledge as a character-strengthening process, as well as opportunities to learn from the environment and provide high spirituality, so they could apply good values according to religious teachings in their daily lives. The principal also provided guidance and examples to teachers and students every morning after the morning assembly. Subsequently, every teacher who entered the classroom also directly taught students about P5 in a good and correct manner.
