Analisis Sistem Agribisnis Ayam Pedaging Pola Kemitraan di Desa Bathin Betuah Kecamatan Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis
Broilers are a livestock commodity that has good potential to be developed. Broiler
maintenance is relatively shorter, which is around 30-40 days. This study aims to
analyze: 1) characteristics of broiler farmers. 2) provision of production facilities
for broiler livestock. 3) broiler farming subsystem. 4) marketing subsystem of
broiler livestock. 5) supporting subsystems in broiler farming. The research was
conducted for 6 months. The research method was the survey method in Bathin
Betuah Village. Farmer respondents were taken by census or taken all members of
the population totaling 4 farmers. The types of data used were primary and
secondary data. Data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results
showed that the characteristics of broiler farmers from the age aspect included a
productive group with an average age of 48.75 years and traders 55 years. The
average education of farmers for 6-9 years and traders 10 years. The average
farming experience is 9.75 years and the trader is 9.33 years. The number of family
dependents of breeders averaged 3.75 people and traders 4 people. The production
facility input provision subsystem is that all farmers have the perception that the
provision of production facilities needed by farmers is always available and
appropriate 100.0 percent even though the provision of seeds in terms of time is
only 75 percent. Technical cultivation has begun to apply modern technology. The
average farm production cost is Rp 388,484,348 per period, the average broiler
production is 20,050 Kg. selling price of broilers averaged IDR 21,765/Kg. Net
income averaged Rp 50,466,151.44/per period with an average RCR value of 1.12.
The first marketing channel is from farmers to the core company then to retailers
and to consumers. Overall, the nucleus company performs the marketing function.
Marketing cost one total marketing cost Rp 1,210, marketing margin Rp 8,210, total
profit Rp 7,000, marketing efficiency 4.03% and Farmer Share 72.62%. Marketing
channel two costs a total marketing cost of Rp 950, marketing margin of Rp 4,950,
total profit of Rp 4,000, marketing efficiency of 3.55% and Farmer Share of
81.47%. Supporting subsystems in broiler farming are counseling, financial
institutions and road infrastructure.
