Strategi Guru Pendidikan Agama islam dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Pserta Didik di SDN 032 Kualu Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar
This research was motivated by the low learning motivation of students at Elementary School 032 Kualu, Tambang District, Kampar Regency, in the subject of Islamic education. Learning motivation played an important role in improving student outcomes and enthusiasm. Therefore, a teacher should not rely on a single strategy but instead use various strategies that mutually support the effectiveness of learning. The research problem was formulated as: What were the strategies of Islamic education teachers in increasing students' learning motivation at Elementary School 032 Kualu? The purpose of this research was to identify the strategies of Islamic education teachers in increasing students' learning motivation at Elementary School 032 Kualu. The subjects of this research were the Islamic education teachers. Meanwhile, the objects were the strategies used by these teachers to enhance students' learning motivation. The informants for this research were two Islamic education teachers. This type of research was qualitative. The approach used in this research was a case study. Data collection techniques included interviews and field documentation. The analysis technique used in qualitative research was derived from interview results. The conclusion of this research was that Islamic education teachers had strategies to enhance students' learning motivation by giving rewards, providing praise, offering assessments, organizing games, creating competitions, and using various methods.
